This week at Kids Cook our summer camp theme is "Fun at the Farmer's Market". We will be stirring up all kinds of fresh fruit and veggie recipes utilizing fresh produce from the Austin Farmer's Markets. Here is a recipe that I have used for years to make cucmbers into pickles...an amazing (and delicious) science / cooking project for kids to enjoy in the summer. Enjoy the refrigerator pickles in as little as 4 days and crunch a bunch!
